Welcome to SAR Logistics. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review these terms carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our services.

Definitions

  • Company: Refers to SAR Logistics.
  • Customer: Refers to any individual or business entity that uses SAR Logistics’ services.
  • Goods: Refers to the items being transported by SAR Logistics.
  • Services: Refers to all logistics, transportation, and related services provided by SAR Logistics.

Services Offered

SAR Logistics provides various logistics services, including but not limited to:

  • Domestic and international shipping
  • Warehousing and storage
  • Freight forwarding
  • Supply chain management

Account Registration

Customers may need to register for an account to use certain services. Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials.
  • Notify SAR Logistics immediately of any unauthorized use of their account.

Use of Services

  • Customers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Customers must ensure that the goods being shipped are properly packaged, labeled, and compliant with all applicable regulations.
  • SAR Logistics reserves the right to refuse service for prohibited items, including but not limited to hazardous materials, illegal substances, and perishable goods without proper packaging.

Payment and Fees

  • Customers agree to pay all fees and charges for the services provided by SAR Logistics.
  • Payment terms will be specified in the invoice or as agreed upon between SAR Logistics and the customer.
  • SAR Logistics reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.

Liability and Limitation

  • SAR Logistics will take all reasonable steps to ensure the safe and timely delivery of goods.
  • SAR Logistics’ liability for loss or damage to goods is limited to the declared value of the goods or as specified under applicable laws.
  • SAR Logistics will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.

Insurance

  • Customers are encouraged to purchase insurance for high-value goods.
  • SAR Logistics may offer insurance options, and the terms will be specified in the insurance policy.

Claims and Disputes

  • Any claims for loss or damage to goods must be submitted to SAR Logistics within 7 Days of delivery.
  • Claims must be accompanied by supporting documentation as required by SAR Logistics.
  • Disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved through arbitration or mediation as agreed upon by both parties.

Privacy and Data Protection

  • SAR Logistics is committed to protecting customer privacy and personal information.
  • Personal information collected during the provision of services will be used in accordance with SAR Logistics’ Privacy Policy.

Termination

  • Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice.
  • SAR Logistics reserves the right to terminate or suspend services for breach of these terms and conditions.

Amendments

  • SAR Logistics reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
  • The revised and most current version of the terms will be updated and posted on the website directly. You are advised to review this Terms & Conditons periodically for any changes. Changes to this Terms are effective when they are posted on this page.

Wallet Refund Policy

  • “KYC” stands for ‘know your customer’ and refers to the various norms, rules, laws and statutes issued by the Reserve Bank of India (“RBI”) from time to time under which SAR Logistics is required to procure Personal Information from the User before any Services can be delivered. ‘know your customer’ documents may be required by SAR Logistics from the User at the time of registration and/or on a later date and/or from time to time, for availing and/or continuation of the Services.
  • “Minimum KYC Wallet” means the Wallet of the User issued by accepting minimum User details. The minimum details shall include mobile number verified with an ‘one time password’ (OTP) and self-declaration of name, unique identification number of either any of the ‘Officially Valid Document (OVD)’ defined under Rule 2(d) of the PML Rules, 2005, or any of the mandatory documents, as applicable, under the PML Rules, 2005.
  • Non-Transferability: The grant of access to the Wallet to a User is not transferable under any circumstance.
  • Grievance Redressal: The User in case of dissatisfaction with any Service, shall have the right to contact the designated Grievance Officers in the given address below:

  • Minimum KYC Wallet
    1. Maximum outstanding Balance: The maximum outstanding balance must not exceed INR 10,000/- (Indian Rupees Ten Thousand Only) at any point in time
    2. Loading or Reloading of Funds: The total amount loaded or reloaded in the prepaid payment account during any given month shall not exceed INR 10,000/- (Indian Rupees Ten Thousand Only) and the total amount loaded during the financial year shall not exceed INR 1,00,000/- (Indian Rupees One Lac Only).
    3. Transfer of funds: You will not be able to transfer money from Your Wallet to other money accounts or bank accounts. The only time You can transfer money out of Your Wallet is at the point of closure of your Wallet, at which point You would be required to transfer money to Your own bank account post providing required bank account proof of ownership and after completing your Know Your Customer; or transfer money 'back to source' (payment source from where the money was loaded).
    4. Debit from prepaid account: The total amount debited from the prepaid payment account during any given month shall not exceed INR 10,000 (Indian Rupees Ten Thousand Only).
    5. Expiry Period: The SAR Logistics Wallet will be valid for an indefinite period unless communicated to You otherwise by updating these terms and conditions. In the event a validity period is prescribed for the SAR Logistics Wallet, the unused balances after the expiry of such account will be forfeited in accordance with applicable laws.
  • Refund will happened onces the Vendor A/c is closed & also verified by our for any Outstanding.
  • Onces the outstandings cleared , Refund will be initiated, Process the payment with in 7 working days.
  • Wallet Refund will be process onces confirm the received Bank A/c @ the time of process.
  • Fees and Charges: Once your wallet account is reactivated from freeze, no interest will be applied to the principal amount.
  • Suspension: You are obligated to use the SAR Logistics Wallet only as per the provisions of these Terms and norms prescribed by SAR Logistics from time to time. Any activity in contravention of such provisions may lead to suspension of your SAR Logistics Wallet. During such period, your ability to use the SAR Logistics Wallet will be restricted, as prescribed by SAR Logistics.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Violation of terms

If you violate these Terms, SAR Logistics reserves the right to issue you a warning regarding the violation and / or immediately terminate or suspend any or all accounts you have created using the Applications and immediately terminate the contractual agreement you have with SAR Logistics.
